help is critical for so many everyday, Supporting people in crisis and that have gone missing from home is part of our nightwatch project. We have teams that go out to hotspots that are there to help people that are in crisis and get them help quickly
Outreach crisis responce team are all frec 3 medic trrains and carry all the emergency equipment that could be required for and emercency call out to a suspected suicide attempt. we have upto date training and working in partnership with the emergency services.
Our support center is open Monday to Thursday 9am to 3pm to receive people without appointments or referrals. We offer everything from friendly chat to mental health support and support planning and referrals, and have a 24-hour call center for telephone support.
Working together with other groups to support people to get out and do some positive activites that will improve their mental health and give them a way to meet new people. We have all types of groups that we work with from theatre groups, singilng groups, music groups and gaming groups. All aimed at positive wellbeing.
Our Streetwatch teams are not afraid of the wind, rain or snow and was still out incase anyone needed them. the teams are usually out on a tuesday, friday and Saturday evening in areas that people are around and are available to chat too and help if needed, Working with the door teams at pubs and the CCTV they are on call to help.
Going out to meet people at diffent places and spreading awareness of the services that we offer in mental health and suicide prevention. We get out to promote the charity as much as we can at different events and businesses showing that there is always help available when its needed.
